Welcome to SCC 2023
The Third International Conference on Signal, Control and Communication (SCC 2023) aimed at providing platform for academic researchers and industrial engineers to share original ideas, successful practices and highly developed skills in the fields of dynamical systems control, electronics and microelectronics, communication, signal processing and power systems. The conference technical program will feature the presentation of contributed papers focusing on technological advances and applications of different themes of electrical engineering.
Three Plenary lectures will be delivered on each of the three days as part of the conference program. This session includes five different main tracks.

Publication
As previous SCC conference editions, all accepted and presented papers during the conference will be published in IEEE Xplore. Authors of the best papers presented at SCC conference will be offered an opportunity to publish their works in an impact factor international journal: Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control TIMC Journal.

Authors of accepted papers are invited to prepare the final version using the Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines given in the following file: Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines
The paper must meet the submission guidelines. The final paper must be submitted electronically before November 10, 2023, using the author console page in the CMT system.
