Welcome to SCC 2025

The Fourth International Conference on Signal, Control and Communication (SCC 2025) aimed at providing platform for academic researchers and industrial engineers to share original ideas, successful practices and highly developed skills in the fields of dynamical systems control, electronics and microelectronics, communication, signal processing, smart grids and computational intelligence. The conference technical program will feature the presentation of contributed papers focusing on technological advances and applications of different themes of electrical engineering.

Several plenary lectures will be delivered on the three days as part of the conference program. This session includes five different main tracks.

Track on Control Systems

Track on Smart Grids and Power Systems

Track on Optimization of Industrial Systems   

Track on Electronics and Communication Engineering 

Track on Computational Intelligence and Machine Learning

Publication

As previous SCC conference editions, all accepted and presented papers during the conference will be published in IEEE Xplore. Authors of the best papers presented at SCC conference will be offered an opportunity to publish their works in an international journal.

Important dates

  • Contribution paper submission: June 20, 2025
  • Notification of paper acceptance/Rejection: September 20, 2025
  • Final paper submission: October 10, 2025

All papers and invited session proposals must be submitted electronically using the following link:  https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/SCC2025

A Microsoft CMT account (username and password) is necessary to submit a paper.

Paper format and styles are available for download:  IEEE Template.

All types of contribution papers and invited session proposals must be submitted through the conference submission website and must be written in English. All submitted papers must be formatted in the standard 2-column IEEE Proceedings format. Fee for extra pages will be added to the registration fees. A regular registration by an Author will allow the Author to upload only one accepted paper.
