Final paper submission
Authors of accepted papers are invited to prepare the final version using the Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines given in the following file: Camera-Ready-Submission-Guidelines
The paper must meet the submission guidelines. The final paper must be submitted electronically before November 12, 2023, using the author console page in the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/SCC2023.
Contributions Type
Invited sessions: Invited sessions consist of 4 to 6 thematically related invited papers and focusing on topics relevant to the theme of the SCC conference. Invited papers are submitted and reviewed following the same process as regular papers, and are included in the conference proceedings. Proposals must be accompanied by full versions of each paper, which will be individually reviewed together with the proposal itself. Individual papers may be removed from a proposed session and replaced by appropriate contributed papers. In case an entire proposed session is rejected, selected papers may be accepted as regular ones.
Regular Paper (max 6 pages, oral presentation)
Regular paper should present original research (theoretical or practical issues). They will be included in the conference proceedings.
Application Paper (max 6 pages, oral presentation)
Application paper presenting a real contribution and application in any industrial fields (a video justifying the real case application will be uploaded with the paper). They will be included in the conference proceedings.
Papers Submission
All types of contribution papers and invited session proposals must be submitted through the conference submission website and must be written in English. All submitted papers must be formatted in the standard 2-column IEEE Proceedings format. Fee for extra pages will be added to the registration fees. A regular registration by an Author will allow the Author to upload only one accepted paper.

Publication of selected papers
Authors of high quality papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration of publication in some journals.
